We were handed a layout of a home that the clients weren't entirely happy with, so brace yourself for a complete teardown! Delving into the nitty-gritty of space planning felt like solving a design puzzle. Two units, one massive open floor plan – we had to get real crafty. After breaking down walls and stripping away floors (not forgetting those essential styling elements), each area became its own.

Every room has its unique flair – from the plush bathrooms and cool mid-century kitchen to the ritzy art deco living space and timeless classic kitchen.
