Condo: Playful Eclecticism in a Bold Design

The brief for this project was pretty simple - refurbish a dated ground floor apartment and style it with a luxurious purple velvet sofa matched with a statement, tropical wallpaper. In some ways. we've never had such a clear stylistic direction! We removed all the awkward "feature" false ceilings that were making the rooms feel small, we completely re-did all the electrical wiring and designed a lighting plan that brings a bright and warm energy to the home. The two bathrooms were gutted and re-designed to ooze with personality and playfulness, and finally, most importantly, we designed and built a ton of built-ins in the master bedroom, so she now has plenty of space for all those summer dresses and shoes!
