Bright and Breezy with a Touch of Mid Century Flair

This jet-setting Filipino couple came to us on short notice to help furnish and style their 3-storey townhouse before they even landed in Singapore! Coming from Hong Kong, they were used to small spaces and had limited furniture, and with their teen daughter starting school in just a couple of weeks, it was our task to turn an empty rental into a welcoming home for the family of 4 (plus one, if you count their furbaby!). Besides from working against the clock, we also made sure we were sticking to the key elements of the brief; a love for Modern Mid Century furniture, colour and of course, practicality! With the house being a rented unit, we made do with the white walls and existing curtains, and we also worked around using their existing furniture like the sofa and beds, so nothing went to waste. Throw in a funky rug, some eye-catching pendant lights, striking art of the plain walls, and it’s a job well done!
