A Uniquely Daring Loft Penthouse

Not only was this our biggest project of 2019, but our biggest project ever! It was an absolute treat transform this duplex penthouse unit into our clients absolute dream home largely because we have worked with this client on multiple occassions - from starter homes, to office space and now to their dream home. We did exciting and experimental things like tear down false ceilings to expose stunningly high vaulted ceilings that perfectly fit in with the minimal industrial vibe, and we basically completely gutted they entire penthouse to start on a blank page. It truly was a special experience to see the transformation and our clients vision come to life, and simply being part of their journey once again as their lives and need continue to evolve and grow - sometimes it's about more than just renovation!
