A Scandinavian-style Turnkey Cluster Home

What does it take to turn a blank canvas into a warm, welcoming home – just in time for the holidays?

For this turnkey cluster house, it all started with a simple but thoughtful vision: clean Scandinavian lines, warm natural textures, and thoughtful, personal touches. 

With their return from Europe, our clients came to us with one key goal: step into a fully furnished, move-in-ready home by December. They wanted more than just furniture; they were after a cohesive design that blended Scandi-inspired simplicity with personal touches, including the integration of existing elements. Natural materials, relaxed forms, and curated details, you name it! 

The spacious living area gave us the perfect chance to play with texture, organic-shaped furniture, warm woods, and soft textiles. Upstairs, the kids' room is one of our favourites. The bold, nature-inspired wallpaper brings the outdoors in, and those canopy beds? A fun, whimsical touch that makes the room feel truly magical. The master bedroom gave us room to experiment with richer tones and textures that brought instant depth. It was the tapestry on the wall that completely shifted the mood, adding character that tied the whole space together. 

Every element was intentionally selected to create a cozy, restful atmosphere, reflecting our approach that even the most personal spaces deserve to be beautifully decorated.
