A Family Home at Cavenagh Road

For this apartment in town, for a family with young children, it was important to take into consideration how the space might evolve and serve the needs of its inhabitants in the future. The biggest change was to take out the complete kitchen and come up with a new lay-out that opened up the kitchen, but at the same time catered for a maids room and an extra bathroom / washing area. We also installed bifold windows and a bifold door to the balcony, to create an even more open space to bring the outdoors inside. There are more vibrant colors in the 4 bedrooms and the 3 existing bathrooms got a more luxurious yet playful and modern make-over.
