Modern Coastal Living in this Dreamy Haven

This gorgeous ground-floor apartment by the Singapore marina is definitely one of the most thematic design and styling projects we've worked on yet. Our clients came to us with a very clear vision, which was a breath of fresh air and absolute joy to bring their ideas to life. They were heavily influenced by the marina literally on their doorstep, so we turned this into a modern coastal haven soaked in natural light. Major resort vibes if you ask me! 

The biggest part of the renovation was the stuff you don't necessarily see. The condo is only around 10 years old but our clients had clear requests on lighting and electrical to maximise on the functionality of the home, and it was time to upgrade the aircon. The more exciting part of the renovation however was the bathroom upgrade and the customised built-ins which made their home much more practical and user-friendly for their young family. We touched up the kitchen to have a beautiful new floor, and added shiplap paneling to the kitchen island and kitchen doors to tie in with their modern coastal styling. Without turning the home into a cliché, we took a more natural approach to styling by introducing rustic elements and Asian influences.
