Chic and Colourful City-Living

I'm always on a mission to show people you can totally make a rental apartment a home, even if it's temporary and I'm so excited when clients are 100% on board. When it comes to rentals, I'm very aware that we should focus our budget on items that are tangible and loose - items that clients can take with them no matter where they end up next. So with a great selection of key pieces of furniture, we created the foundation for this family home but with one extra ingredient: wall paint! This is obviously not something that can be taken with you when you leave, but boy oh boy does it make an impact. There's only so much furniture and decor can do, but if you're surrounded by white walls, you might never acheive that lovely homey feeling.
