A Colour-Centric, Character-Filled Shophouse

This property is a stunning shophouse - think gorgeous beams, terracotta tile floors, envious high ceilings. It has the bones and structure that makes our styling job easy. Because this is a rental, there were no structual or built-in changes, just a little love and attention paid to the small details. Although we did go for a lick of paint in the kids under-stairs nook and a really special, statement wallpaper in the master bedroom, every other piece we proposed in this project can be taken away with our clients once their lease ends.
